Field Operations Officer

The Field Operations Executive is the driver of all on-ground activities related to FasalPay programs. You will be interacting daily with farmers, partners, and suppliers in their nominated districts and will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding of eligible farmers into our GrowNowPayLater (GNPL) program and provide end-to-end support from securing financing to delivery of inputs & services, and eventual sale of produce to the prospective buyers/processors. You will be coordinating with farmers and our agronomy team on a regular basis for the implementation of the agreed crop plan, helping to achieve better crop yield resulting in improved profitability for the farmers.
